No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill amends the Agriculture Code by adding a new subsection on filing information related to agricultural development districts.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.

Agricultural development districts would incur minimal costs to develop a notification form and to file documents with affected county clerks' offices.
