No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code, Chapter 74 relating to the adoption of rules by the Supreme Court relating to the county in which district court proceedings may be conducted.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
