HB3520 by Lewis (Relating to the composition of bail bond boards.), As Introduced
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would add to the composition of a bail bond board membership by a criminal defense attorney registered to practice law in the county in which the board has jurisdiction. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2003.
