No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Workers Compensation Commission and the Research and Oversight Council on Workers' Compensation indicate the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.  The regional health care delivery network pilot project will be funded from the Subsequent Injury Fund.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
