No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Department of Health to report to the legislature the results of a pilot program operated by the Texas Pediatric Society to educate community physicians on immunizations, no later than October 1, 2005. The report would include various items as specified in the bill's provisions.
