No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure as it relates to sexual assault program referrals provided by a law enforcement agency to certain victims.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.  A minimal cost may be associated with researching sexual assault programs and creating a list of programs for distribution.
