IN RE:	SB100 by Van de Putte (Relating to carbon monoxide detectors in certain child-care facilities and family homes.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require most day-care centers, group day-care homes, and family homes to have carbon monoxide detectors which meet the requirements set by the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services relating to the placement, installation, number, and maintenance of those detectors.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
