SB100 by Van de Putte (Relating to carbon monoxide detectors in certain child-care facilities and family homes. ), Committee Report 1st House, As Amended

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require each day-care, group day-care home, and family home to have carbon monoxide detectors which meet the requirements set by the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services relating to the placement, installation, number, and maintenance of those detectors.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
