No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Th bill would require the Governor to appoint one regent for The University of Texas (UT) System from the student body and delineates the method for the Chancellor of the UT System to submit applicants for gubernatorial appointment.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
