No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code by adding to the conditions that comprise the offense of improper photography or visual recording.  It is assumed that the bill would not significantly affect the operations of state government.


Local Government Impact

The bill would also amend the Local Government Code relating to the regulation of political signs by a municipality.  No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
