No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Attorney General, the Texas Department of Insurance, the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the State Securities Board to share confidential information that relates to the possible commission of corporate fraud by a person who is licensed or otherwise regulated by these state agencies.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
