IN RE:	SB146 by Estes (Relating to procedural and registration requirements for certain sex offenders who seek to change their names.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Family Code regarding sex offender program registrants who change their name.  It is assumed that the bill would not significantly affect the operations of state government.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
