No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Department of Health does not anticipate referring many cases to the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH).  SOAH states they could absorb the work within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
