SB165 by Carona (Relating to the authority of certain law enforcement agencies to remove certain personal property from a roadway or right-of-way.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide authority for the Department of Public Safety, the police department of a municipality, the sheriff's office of a county, or a constable's office of a county with a population of 3 million or more to remove certain personal property from a roadway or right-of-way.  The bill would also allow for the reimbursement of costs to law enforcement from the owner of the personal property.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
