SB166 by Shapiro (Relating to sex offender registration requirements imposed on certain higher education workers or students, to immunity for release of public information obtained as a result of those requirements, and to reports of status changes. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require a person who has a reportable conviction or who is required to register as a condition of parole, and who is employed by or attends a public or private institution of higher education to register with campus security or the local law enforcement authority within ten days of employment or attendance.  

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
