No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code in regards to the offense of interference with an emergency telephone call.  It is assumed that this bill would not significantly affect the fiscal operations of state government. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
