No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit a motor vehicle from being equipped with video receiving equipment, a digital video disc player, a videocassette player, and similar devices only if the video display is not visible from the operator’s seat.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
