SB210 by Barrientos (Relating to the placement by legislators of certain items outside their offices in the State Capitol.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow state legislators to display the flag of the State of Texas and a flag of the United States immediately outside the legislator's assigned office in the Capitol and allow a visitor register to be placed immediately outside the legislator's assigned office in the Capitol.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
