IN RE:	SB233 by Fraser (Relating to the designation of a portion of State Highway 195 as the Phantom Warriors Highway.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 225 of the Transportation Code by adding Section 225.049 to state that State Highway 195 from Interstate Highway 35 to the terminus of State Highway 195 in Killeen is designated as the Phantom Warriors Highway.

 

This bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
