IN RE:	SB264 by Lucio (Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. ), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The provisions of the bill would continue the Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) until September 1, 2011. Based on the analysis of TDHCA and the Sunset Advisory Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
