No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The provisions of the bill continue the Board of Tax Professional Examiners until September 1, 2015 and change the composition of the Board. Based on the analysis of the Board of Tax Professional Examiners, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
