No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would continue the Workforce Commission (TWC) until September 1, 2009.

Based on the analysis of the Sunset Advisory Commission, the Office of the Governor, the Office of the Attorney General, TWC, and the Texas Education Agency, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
