No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The subsititute bill amends Section 2051 of the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of athlete agents.  The Secretary of State reported no significant impact with passage of the Act.  The bill takes effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
