No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill relates to access to certain private medical information. The bill would repeal section  181.101 and section 181.102 of the Health & Safety Code. The bill would not have significant impact on funds within the state treasury.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
