SB376 by Lindsay (Relating to small business development programs of navigation districts and port authorities.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code regarding requirements for purchases or contracts subject to a small business development program adopted by the port commission of the port authority or district. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
