SB392 by Williams (Relating to a repeal of exemptions from certain truth-in-taxation provisions for certain conservation and reclamation districts.), As Passed 2nd House

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires the board to give notice of each hearing before the board adopts an ad valorem tax rate for the district for debt service, operation and maintenance purposes, or contract purposes.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
