SB441 by Harris (Relating to the transportation by motor vehicle of persons within the boundaries of certain airports; creating an offense.), Committee Report 1st House, As Amended

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 22, Transportation Code, to prohibit within the boundaries of certain airports the solicitation or operation of a ground transportation business without obtaining permission, if required by the airport board. An offense would be a Class B misdemeanor. The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
