No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill provides for a name change from the Colorado Valley Groundwater Conservation District to the  Fayette County Groundwater Conservation District and allows for a change in terms for its elected board of directors.

Local Government Impact

Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required by the rules of the Senate as to its probable fiscal implication on units of local government.
