SB464 by Nelson (Relating to the appointment of a management team to manage and operate a community center for mental health or mental retardation services. ), Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a management team to be appointed by the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation prior to the completion of an appeal process, and would remove the requirement to utilize contract sanctions before sending in a manager or management team to operate a community center. 

The bill would not result in new costs to the agency.
