SB474 by Lucio (Relating to an interim study on nutrition and health in public schools. ), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill creates a joint interim committee comprised of certain state officials, members of the legislature, and private citizens to review nutrition and health in public schools.  It also calls for a report to be submitted with findings and recommendations, if funds are available.  This bill does not specifically authorize expense reimbursement.
