No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Service Commission to monitor and regularly evaluate contractors and subcontractors that provide or arrange for mental health and substance abuse services for clients enrolled in the Medicaid program and the state child health plan (CHIP) .

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
