No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Department of Insurance indicates it would incur a cost associated with implementation of the bill.  It is assumed this cost could be absorbed by the agency within its existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
