SB547 by Zaffirini (Relating to the superintendents of the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Texas School for the Deaf.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill requires that the boards governing the respective schools annually establish the salary of the respective school's superintendents. The annual salary may not exceed 120 percent of the annual salary of the highest paid instructional administrator at the school.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
