No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Penal Code, Section 22.11(a) to include, within the offense of harassment, causing another person to come into contact with animal blood, seminal fluid, urine, or feces while confined at a Youth Commission facility.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
