SB741 by Van de Putte (Relating to certification in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation for certain school district employees.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would require a school district employee who serves as the head director of a school marching band to submit to the employing school district, proof of current certification in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

 

This bill would take effect September 1, 2003 or immediately upon enactment by the necessary voting margins.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
