No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require a member of the executive committee of the Office of Rural Community Affairs to make certain disclosures relating to their employment as it could impact the decisions made as a member of the committee. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2003.
