No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would except from the requirements of the public information law meetings and information regarding security plans of a municipal hospital, a hospital district, or a health department for protecting facilities or operations from an act of terrorism.

The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2003.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
