No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the Board of Medical Examiners could absorb any costs associated with the implementation of the bill within current resources, and that the board would adjust fees to offset any costs or revenue changes associated with the bill's implementation.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
