IN RE:	SB791 by West (Relating to a program to monitor the collection and remittance of certain court costs and fees.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would require the Comptroller of Public Accounts to develop and submit a program proposal to monitor the collection, remittance, and reporting of court costs and fees.  This analysis assumes that any costs incurred by the agency would be absorbed in existing appropriations.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
