No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill could result in some savings to state agencies purchasing gas and electricity from the General Land Office, since the bill would prohibit a gas utilitiy from treating state agencies differently than its other customers.  


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
