SB912 by Ratliff (Relating to surplus and salvage computer equipment.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

The bill relates to salvage and surplus of computer equipment and the entities that should receive priority on receiving that equipment.

 

The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in both houses; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2003.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
