The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code concerning the classification of fraternal organizations.  The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
