SB963 by Shapleigh (Relating to an international trade corridor plan.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require the Department of Transportation to implement an integrated international trade corridor plan under guidelines and requirements established in the bill.

 

Based on the analysis of the Department of Transportation and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.
