No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Coordinating Board to assist in the development and transmission of information to financial aid offices at public community colleges regarding the availability of and services offered by Individual Development Account (IDA) programs. According to the Coordinating Board, the only cost of implementing the provisions of the bill would be $17,341 per year for producing and distributing printed information.
