No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
SB 988 amends the Business and Commerce Code to except a nonprofit association of airmen employed by an air carrier company subject to title 49 of the United States Code from the sweepstakes regulations otherwise applicable under chapter 43 of the Business and Commerce Code.
