No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Health and Safety Code Section 250.006(b) to provide more specificity about the types of convictions that would bar for five years employment in certain facilities serving the elderly or disabled.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
