No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would remove the General Land Office (GLO) and the Department of Economic Development from participation in a task force related to the banning of yard waste from municipal solid waste landfills. The bill would remove the Commissioner of the General Land Office from the Recycling Market Development Board and repeal provisions relating to the statewide recycling awareness campaign managed by the GLO.
