No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would change the Sunset date for several agencies, remove some entities from Sunset Review, and provide that working papers used or developed by the Sunset Commission in performing its functions are excepted from the public disclosure requirements of Section 552.021, Government Code.
