No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code by allowing the Alcoholic Beverage Commission to enter into agreements with another state agency to provide for the issuance of original or renewal licenses or permits through the use of electronic means.  The bill would allow for a reasonable service fee to cover any costs associated with implementation.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
