No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would place requirements on persons proposing to construct a wireless communication facility that is taller than 100 feet. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
